This is a Engine Tachometer common to many types of General Aviation aircraft. It is color-coded for the Cessna type engine and prop limits. The color coding can be modified as needed for a particular type of aircraft.
7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio and 7-Zip is open source software that supports (reads and writes) many poplar archive formats (zip, rar, 7zip, iso). The current recommended version is 7-Zip 9.22 beta.

7-Zip began in 1999 and is actively developed by Igor Pavlov.
Unfortunately, the icons that come with the installation file are old looking. Good People came up with a method of changing them after installing 7zip. I found that this method works like a charm:

I made a batch of svg files and turned them into ICO files (I used IcoFX - The Free Icon Editor to convert the PNG to ICO). Enjoy the SVG.
This is a tachometer I worked up in Inkscape 0.44 from scratch. If you open it up in Inkscape and click on the needle twice (for rotating), I have it set up so you can spin it to any point on the dial. Feel free to use it for whatever you need it for! FYI - The font for the numbers is Bazaronite ... the text at the bottom is Adventure. I've never seen either font on Windows, so you may have to change them to something you have on your system. ** Not sure if it's a Firefox thing, but if I open the files in FF, they don't render quite right. Best bet is to open in Inkscape or your SVG app.
