I was browsing through an old 1909 (thus public domain) issue of the Pullman Herald newspaper and came across this delightful illustration for a Clothcraft Clothes ad. The placement and behavior of the characters is most interesting. Here for the future to enjoy!
Two ladies of the 1920s sit and are examined by the viewer. The ladies that this drawing was based off are now gone from this earth, this is their digital ghost. Synthesized from an image that appear in the October 1920 edition of The Morning Tulsa (and thus safely public domain, yup!)
